Everything you might want to know.
How long does it take, and what if it runs late?
About 12 months for most homes. The date sits in your contract, and if we miss it we pay you a penalty for every day we are late. In 36 projects we have never had to. If a year feels long, ask us what is finished — we usually have a completed home or two ready to move into.
Can I own it as a foreigner, and will the permits be in order?
How do payments work?
I am not in Bali. How will I know what is happening?
Can I rent it out when I am not using it?
What happens after we hand over the keys?
